Questions worth asking

Before you begin.

How does this mortgage overpayment calculator work?

It uses a standard monthly repayment model to estimate how a regular monthly overpayment could reduce your mortgage term and total interest. It is an illustration, not a lender quote.

Are the projections exact?

No. They are illustrative estimates based on the information you provide and a standard monthly repayment model. Mortgage interest can be calculated differently by lenders, and rates, fees and payment timing can change the outcome.

Do I need to connect my bank or lender?

No. Fledged is designed to be useful with manual setup and manual overpayment logging. You can enter and correct the details that matter to your plan.

Can we use Fledged for a joint mortgage?

Yes. Fledged is being built around one shared household plan, with combined progress and optional individual contributions.

Can I make overpayments without an early repayment charge?

It depends on your mortgage. Your lender sets overpayment limits and any early repayment charges. Check your mortgage offer or ask your lender before making an overpayment.

How will Premium work?

Before Premium launches, Fledged will state exactly what it unlocks, whether it covers both household members, the trial length, renewal price and how to cancel.
